If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at benssanctuary.info@gmail.com and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order details and the reason for your request. We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps. In most cases we do not require the item to be returned before issuing a refund.

Contributions made through “Support Our Business” are non-refundable, as they go directly toward supporting our workshop and the cat shelter we partner with.
